Further, we disclaim all such representations and warranties. In addition, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purposes of the information and related graphics contained on the Website.
2.2 We expressly reserve the right to make changes and corrections to the content and/or appearance of the Website, at any time, without notice.
2.3 The information contained in the Website may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors. We expressly exclude all liability howsoever arising from any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Therefore, you should independently verify any information before relying upon it.
2.4 If you find inaccurate information on the Website, please let us know and we will correct it at our discretion, if we agree, as soon as practicable for us.
2.5 Neither we nor any of our directors, employees, agents or other representatives will be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Service or the use of the Website. The limitation of liability applies to all damages of any kind including, but not limited to, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
2.6 We are not responsible for the availability of access to and links from the Website. You are expected to ensure that your hardware and software are capable of effectively accessing the Website via your Internet Service Provider. You are also advised to use appropriate anti-virus software before, during and after access to the Website.
2.7 Notwithstanding the above, none of the preceding exclusions or limitations is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our directors, employees, agents or other representatives.
3.1 The copyright to the information on the Website is owned by us or the original creator of the material. However, you are free to view, copy, and print material from the Website, on the proviso that:

3.1.2 the material is used for non-commercial purposes only.
4. Third Party Access
4.1 By registering to use the Website you expressly authorise other users (including but not limited to captains, owners and senior vessel managers and crew) to have access to your personal information (including but not limited to your name, occupation and contact details, and whether published by you or by us on your behalf), on the basis that such information is:
4.1.1 used solely for the proper purpose of recruitment of persons for employment aboard a ship, yacht or other vessel; and
4.1.2 held by Döhle Private Clients Limited (being the owner and operator of the Website) in accordance with its obligations as a data controller pursuant to the Data Protection Act 2002.
4.2 The data processing as being described above may lead in individual cases to the transfer of personal data into countries not having equal data protection levels according to the laws of the European Union. This means, in particular, that in these countries no data protection statutes exist which lead to an equal personal protection of the data subject. The seafarer agrees that his/her personal data may be transferred to organisations and authorities in countries to the extent and for the reason as being stated above.
5.1 The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Isle of Man law and the Isle of Man courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with the Terms.
5.2 You therefore irrevocably agree to submit all such disputes to the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man Courts.
6.1 If any part of the Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms will not be affected.
6.2 Words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words denoting the masculine include the feminine and neuter and vice versa.
6.3 Failure by us to enforce any right does not result in waiver of such right.
6.4 We may amend the Terms at any time by posting a variation on the Website.
6.5 You confirm that to the best of your knowledge the information you have provided in registering with Döhle Yacht Crew is accurate and true and you are legally in possession of any stated qualifications, licences and certificates.
